RETURN AND EXCHANGES

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a clear written withdrawal request to:

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
• The Customer is responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.
We reserve the right to deduct any depreciation costs from the refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the Seller explicitly states otherwise in writing, all return shipping costs are borne entirely by the Customer, including:
• Transportation costs
• Packaging costs
• Any additional courier handling charges
This applies to all returns, including cases where:
• The Customer changes their mind
• The Customer did not read or misunderstood product specifications
• The Customer decides they no longer want the product
4. Free Shipping Policy and Refunds
Free EU shipping applies only to orders above €200.
If the Customer returns an item purchased with free shipping, the refund will not include any shipping service valued at €0, but:
Return shipping costs remain fully the Customer’s responsibility.
The outward shipping cost (EU orders above €200) is considered included in the sales price and is not refundable as a separate amount, as required by applicable consumer law.
5. Refusal of the Package / Failed Delivery
If the Customer:
• refuses the package at delivery, or
• fails to accept delivery after multiple courier attempts, or
• provides an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, or
• does not collect the package within the courier’s holding period,
the shipment will be automatically returned to the Seller.
In these cases:
5.1. The Customer is responsible for all return transportation costs including any courier surcharges, storage fees, return-to-sender charges, or customs duties (if applicable).
5.2. These costs will be deducted from the Customer’s refund. This deduction applies regardless of the reason for refusal or non-delivery.
5.3. The original outward shipment is not refunded. Free shipping does not exempt the Customer from covering the costs generated by refusal or failed delivery.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the Seller will issue the refund within 14 days.
The refund will include:
• The price paid for the item
Minus the following (if applicable):
• Return shipping costs
• Courier surcharges for refused or undeliverable shipments
• Depreciation due to improper handling
• Customs charges (for non-EU returns)
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products damaged due to improper use
• Products returned incomplete or without original parts or packaging
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items showing signs of wear, water exposure, or impact (boards, sails, fins, masts, etc.)
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the Customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
• Order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue
Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may void the right to replacement or refund.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or non-conformities, you will be entitled to the restoration of conformity of the product within 2 years of purchase, by repair or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you may request the repair or replacement or refund of the item no later than 2 (two) months after discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and Articles. 128 and ss. of Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as a specific reason "Product damaged, not compliant or incorrectly sent" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for shipping. The authorization to return the product will not in any way constitute non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return. We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
If the product is found to be non-conforming, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
